Although most of Dr. Frankel’s workshops and events are scheduled through private organizations, she is planning a series of public workshops in the Fall of 2008 geared toward three professional development levels: new supervisors and managers; mid-level leaders; and executive women.

The target audience for this highly experiential two-day workshop is mid-to senior-level professionals ready to assume or recently having assumed leadership responsibilities or a leadership role. The topics of the program focus on the role of the leader, leadership models, strategic thinking and planning, managing workplace politics, negotiation, and the look and sound of leadership.
The program will be held in the Fall at a conference center within a reasonable driving distance of a major airport and the anticipated cost for the two days including 2 nights' lodging, meals, and all conference materials is $1,395 per person.

This intensive week-end retreat will be held in the Fall and is limited to 25 senior women interested in honing their leadership brands. Each participant will receive 360 degree feedback and coaching, create strategies for building and marketing her leadership brand, define ways to create work/life balance, and develop a plan to ensure a secure financial future. Additional topics may be added as requested by participants.
The location will be a conference center within reasonable driving distance of a major airport. It is anticipated that the program will run from Friday evening through Sunday afternoon and the cost is approximated to be $3,000, including lodging, meals, and conference materials.
